'Horse and Hungary'
fine art exhibition in London 2025 - 2026
In London, the Embassy of Hungary are proud to present the current fine-art exhibition that give you a glimpse into the invaluable role horses have played in the shaping of the country's distinct image. Anna Szabo was given the incredible honour of creating / curating a breathtaking series of images for this occasion.
Horses have played an important role in the history of many countries, but only a handful of nations are as famous for their relationship to horses as Hungary. The influence of these remarkable animals is intricately woven into the fabric of Hungarian culture, society and survival.
In December 2025, the exhibition's grand opening hosted some more than a hundred guests. We thank Zoltan Maga, our world-renowned Hungarian violinist for having provided live music on this special night.
The exhibition is open to visitors until May 2026. You're welcome to have a glimpse into the art on display here:

A 12.000 POUND DONATION
LONDON INTERNATIONAL HORSE SHOW 2025
In collaboration with London International Horse Show, Anna Szabo auctioned four of her prints for 12.000 pounds at the event, all of which she, on behalf of the entire carriage driving community, donated to The Kings Troop Foundation.
Here she is pictured with Major Samuel A Littlejohn RHA as they presented the donation during the prize giving ceremony (in the presence of Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Edinburgh and her daughter, Lady Louise Windsor) of the International FEI Driving competition on the Friday of the show.
